They changed the bread from the new Orleans style po boy bread. Still good though.

A really solid po boy. Had the fried shrimp roast beef half and half 11”. Good flavor of both fillings. Golden crispy shrimp, not too salty. I would have liked a little more roast beef on that side. I feel like it was just flattened to cover the bottom side of the bread. Also it is a bit pricey, 14$ + for that poboy. A bit pricey. I would probably do the 8” fried shrimp if I could do it over. I had really good ordering experience that made my experience. Would recommend.

👎 It was better when they were located in that tiny, cramped house around the corner. Always busy. Always good. Always genuinely friendly. THIS NEW LOCATION 👎 seems to have sterilized and desensitized the ambience right out of the operation. The restaurant was clean. No other customers were there when I went. I found the friendliness of the staff to be forced: (being nice to a customer rather than a person). The oyster poboy I got was unseasoned and about as flavorful as the staff was friendly that day. Promised myself never to go back there. And I haven't. THUMBS DOWN!!

I was in town for maritime training classes and this place was reccomended by two locals I met. The restaurant was clean, staff was nice and the Po-Boy was awesome. I had the roast beef on Monday and went back for the shrimp on Tuesday. I will be back for sure!!

If you have a po boy shop in south Louisiana, you better be able to make a good sandwich right? They do here. The place is nothing fancy, but they have plenty of inside seating. I had a soft shell crab sandwich that was just perfect, juicy and full of flavor. I can't wait to try some other menu items.

Friendly, great service. I live 45 minutes away and don't think twice about the drive when I'm having the urge for a poboy. Menu is great and the food is excellent. Food is made to order so you don't get the heat lamp treatment. They have some unique items such as "Sissy fries" that are great! It's like they say "You've tried the rest now taste the Best"

This is the better place to get a poboy on the east side, but it's definitely not the original Mr. Poboy. The portions have become skimpy and alot of the food is no longer handmade but rather frozen.

Today was my first day coming here and I have no bad comments at all....from walking in to ordering my food to eating my food to leaving was just FLAWLESS!!!! I will definitely be back here again and again and again and again and again

Prices are just a touch on the high end. Food is normally good but sometimes can be extremely salty. Usually very polite and courteous staff but as with any place, the occasional unfriendly employee.

Good food, good service

Food was fast ,I only have an hour for lunch. I got a large grilled chicken salad, was very big and tasted great. I eat salads everyday and this is a good salad. Little pricey I spent over 13$ on a salad and a drink
